Terms & returns

Checkout shows the methods enabled for your order: card, PayPal, bank transfer and, where available, cash on delivery. Google Pay and Apple Pay may appear depending on your device, browser and provider availability.

For bank transfers, follow the order instructions and pay within three working days. Preparation remains pending until payment is received. Contact us if you need help. Cash-on-delivery surcharges, where offered, are shown before confirmation.

Products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item in a confirmed order, we will contact you to agree a solution or refund the unavailable part. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.

Your destination, parcel weight and chosen service determine delivery options and costs. Check free delivery thresholds, dispatch cut-offs and estimated times in Delivery information. Availability is confirmed using your address before payment.

Delivery times are estimates, without prejudice to statutory delivery obligations or your rights in the event of delay. Contact us if an issue arises so we can help resolve it.

Where the right to cancel applies, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to tell us you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. If an order is delivered separately, the period is calculated under the legal rules for that situation.

You can notify us at marbella@lapavada.com, by post to the seller's address above, or through any unambiguous statement. Include your name, order reference, products and date received. You do not have to use a particular form.

After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than a further 14 calendar days. Contact us to coordinate the return; exercising your right is not conditional on obtaining prior authorisation. You bear the direct cost of returning goods under the right to cancel, unless we agree to cover it. This cost rule does not apply to incorrect or non-conforming products.

We will refund the payments due, including standard delivery charges as provided by law, within 14 calendar days of your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, unless we have offered to collect them. Supplements for a delivery option more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery need not be refunded. We will use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without cost to you.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. You are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We recommend keeping the packaging to protect it; its absence alone does not remove your right to cancel.

Exceptions that may apply

The right to cancel does not apply, among other statutory exceptions, to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, clearly personalised products, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery. Food is not automatically excluded simply because it is food. These exceptions do not remove your rights for faulty or incorrect products.

Example cancellation notice

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product, contact us with your order reference and a description; photos may help us resolve it. We will provide the remedy required by law, without cost to you where the seller is responsible for the lack of conformity.

Products carry the applicable statutory guarantee. For new goods, the general period of liability for lack of conformity is three years from delivery, taking account of the product's characteristics, nature, useful life and, where relevant, expiry date. This guarantee is separate from the right to cancel and does not require you to keep the original packaging.

You do not lose your statutory rights by failing to report damage within the first 24 hours.

If you have a complaint, contact us so we can look for a solution. Spanish law and applicable mandatory consumer protection rules apply. Your right to bring a claim before the competent bodies and courts is not restricted.
